Help!!.. Down loaded Windows 10..

... the other day and almost nothing in this forum works right... Anyone know of any fixes or settings I should change?

No idea. Everything I've read has said to stay away from Windows 10. What kind of problems you having? What browser are you using?

Well.. Some things work some times and sometimes they dont.. List below

 

1).. Cant sign off.. ever

2).. I can add some of the emoticons to my posts sometimes and other emoticons not at all

3)..Cant upload video

4)..Sometimes I can post and sometimes I cant

5).. sometimes I can like, agree, dislike ect ect others posts and most of the time I cant

6)..cant copy and paste into quote box when posting..ever

7)..up loaded pics are turned

I down loaded it months ago by mistake and somehow was able to cancel and revert back to 8. It may be to late to do this now. I have pop ups from windows telling me to download now, so I have to be careful what I click on.  Good luck.  You can always try Mozzilla Firefox.

Yeah I would try another browser. Not sure of the latest Edge compatibility with sites or what Microsoft has done.

Tried to download firefox.. Computer went berserk and wound up downloading  "Pluto TV" whatever that is.. Now i gotta get rid it.. Pop ups galor..

 

Tried Google.. Same problems

 

May have to "up grade" back  to Windows 8..

ok.. was able to down load firefox and can get to this site from there .. BUT, cant sign in  ..

Make sure the browser is allowing cookies

I have been getting the pop-up for Windows 10 for a while. I will not download it. I have some complicated engineering software (CAD) on my computer and it is almost guaranteed that windows 10 will screw it up.

 

I hate downloads and upgrades of software and apps on my computer or phone because they change the way this stuff works.

Don't use Edge.  Use ie 11.  Should have been installed same time you upgraded to Windows 10

I Get the message every day to upgrade, and all I know is Microsoft sucks, and Apple sucks even more. Taking one of their "upgrades" takes balls - balls  the size I no longer have. I won't upgrade to Windows 10 until at gunpoint... 

 

I have been an IT professional for nearly 30 years, and if I ever had a software release that f###ed my clients as much as Microsoft and Apple do - I would be out of work for good a looong long time ago
