Love to hunt as much as anyone , but time has already passed for when our seasons here should close.

ALOT of shed heads being shot this last week. some that have been shed long enough that the pedicles are already tufted over.

Sucks many bucks make it through till now and we lose them .

Im sure my farmer buddys are going to want to give it a last go this weekend especially with snow coming, just hope none of the 2 1/2 plus year olds come out.

def would like to see all seasons for deer end in MID January

I'd have to agree, it's a very long season here in NJ...and unlimited in many zones.

I agree that it is a long season when you add everything up (bow, shotgun, muzzy). I'm not sure that there is a good solution -- other than to shorten the seasons, but don't really see that happening any time soon. I know that there is a solution with which everyone can agree upon, but one solution (state) makes revenue and the other (the hunter's POV) makes sense.
