Ezekiel 4:9,  "Take unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils and millet, and spelt and put them in one vessel."

 

Carbs are not bad, processed carbs are bad.  Whole grain carbs are good for you, but if you really want to jack them up then combine them with legumes.

The net carb theory...works pretty good and the Keto diet uses net carbs to help count carb intake. 

 

You take your carbs and subtract the fiber from it.  10 grams of carbs - 3 grams of fiber = 7 grams net carbs.
