Please help me find an old thread

It was started by birdshotnj I believe.  Either Jan or Feb 2013.  He was giving away a 52" Projection TV.

I got it from him and am ready to pass it on.  Was hoping to cheat and see if the thread had any pictures or details I could use.

I found my messages back and forth to him dated Feb 5, 2013, but nothing else.

Well, I guess I have my answer.  It did me good enough for the last 2 1/2 years though. And the TV in my bedroom has a VCR player as part of it.

But, I spent most of my Thanksgiving at Wal-Mart in order to finally upgrade to the real world, lol

I wish I could afford to be that generous. My kids are getting TV's in their bedrooms for the FIRST time in their lives and they are 16, 19 and 21.

Although, now that I think about it, I am wondering why I am doing something to keep them home, when I should be pushing them out of the nest, lol

But then again, the boys will each be done with school within the next year and I gave them each the option of living back at home for 2 years while they pay off school loans if their full time jobs are close enough to do so.

As it is, they pay part of the phone bill and the boys do pay for their own car insurance. Now if I could just get them to pay for the FOOD they inhale, lol
