Makes u wonder if you had gone out at first light would you still be in the stand after 11am when u first saw the deer. This is one of those 10am-2pm might be a good time to hunt story. Congrats on a great buck, enjoy!!!
Lol... I'm an all day hunter. I sit from sunrise to sunset, even during the early season. I hate getting down, walking out, then coming back in the afternoon. Me personally, I think it can ruin a spot, so I try to minimize the amount of times I go in and out. I'd rather sit all day and not see anything than to spook a deer going back in for an afternoon hunt..
