Friend of mine went out saturday for a seabass slaughter trip and was nice enough to share. Yummy!

Great way to bread & fry them is to pound bud a bag of sweet chilli Doritos until powder fine & use as breading

Sure do. I worked on a big wreck fishing boat in the late 80's & those guys would do the same with frosted flakes. The sugar was nice
