One of the coolest days in a tree

Yesterday we took all the deer we shot and gutted them near a stand I want to hunt bear from next week.  I sat it this morning to see what was up.  As it got light enough to see, I watched a red fox take a piece of whatever from the gut pile, run out to the middle of a field and eat.  It did this a few times, far from the main gut pile.  Then it rubbed its face in the snow to clean it and went back one last time, grabbed a big piece and split.  Not a few minutes later, two coyotes came dancing along the entire length of the field, spinning in circles and nipping each other the entire way.  At about forty yards in front of my stand, the male bred the female a few times and then they split - never even went to the gut pile.  It was all pretty cool to watch.  No bears though and that's a bummer.
