my parker recommends red hot rail lube but for  $10 for chapstick size bottle I was thinking there has to be something cheaper. so  I looked up diy rail lube n I ended up in xbow nation they all say jig-a-loo

The invisible all-around lubricant

Jig-A-Loo is a revolutionary new product that combines the power of a lubricant with the properties of a water-repellent.

It's a dry silicone-based lubricant that, unlike any other lubricant, contains no oil, grease, wax, petroleum distillates or detergent, so it doesn't stain or stink. It stops squeaks, un-sticks just about anything, protects against rust, and is an exceptional water repellent.

Jig-A-Loo is ideal for wood, metal, glass, rubber, leather, fabrics, most plastics and a number of other surfaces, helping just about anything operate and slide better. With thousands of uses around the house, garden, workshop, boat, campground and more, it's The Can of All Trades™.

ok so I've looked for this in Walmart n 3 different auto parts store n cant  find it any where . tried to buy it online from them but get "page you requested is not responding" . so my ???? is  what do you use for rail lube ,should I just fork out the $10 bucks for what they recomend . or will WD40 work just as well ?.

I use the rail lube recommended for my ten point but only need to apply it once every 100 shots plus the same lube works in the trigger assembly. Just watch what you use as stuff like wd-40 might eat the serving up.

it's funny tried to find out what's in the red hot rail lube couldn't find out what's in it either from  the label or threw a google search . when you buy any chems they're required by law  to have the every thing that's in it on the label. :hmmmer:
