Deer Butcher

Hey guys new to the Forum, but I saw this section and figured I would share. My father owns an Italian import Pork Store. Called A&C pork store.

If anyone has the capability to quarter a deer, my father make basically any kind of dried sausage ie. Sopressata he does cutlets stew meat the whole 9 just does not do anything as far as dehydrating ie. jerkey, snack sticks.
