7/30 open bluefin Run results good day

On Tuesday I ran a open boat bluefin trips with Sal, Joe , Richie and Mike.. Left the dock at 4am .. We ran to were we been doing good and instantly had fish on.. Sal came tight on the first drop, then Mike hooked into tank.. Got really interesting first few minutes of the trip.. Sal dropped his after trying to man handle it ... Big no no .. We work Mikes fish for awhile but his braid just separated into threads.. Never seen braid do that.. But we shook it of and hooked up again on some little rats around 15 lbs.. The boat traffic got bad for a bit and we moved away looking around.. .. Later in the afternoon, we found a good pile of life and just hammered them good.. Multiply fish on drops .. Everyone was enjoying the chaos and was busted chops on who was wearing the skirt. After a long day we dropped 2 overs boat side and landed a total of 16 bluefin ..
