Standing on countertop to hang picture over kitchen sink - not smart! It’s a long way to the tile floor if you slip. Wrists do not make good shock absorbers. Good thing it wasn’t my right wrist. (Well except for one thing). Should be off in time for shad season. Stupid is as stupid does. Gonna be tough getting a dress shirt over that for 6 weeks. I did it this past Monday - was hoping for sprain but knew it was more.

I am designated drinker...  I can't even shoot a bow!

 

I did hit my head, my back and my fat ass i landed pretty flat somehow, but the wrist took the brunt.  The only thing that hurt was my wrist - it could have been worse, like catching my head on the center island on the way down,.

at least to counteract my interior climbing stupidity, I am improving exterior climbing safety by upgrading my lock on stands with HSS safety ropes from ground to stand
