Tactacam customer service... A+

Had a black dot somehow show up on my videos when using my Tactacam.  I tried my best to figure out the issue and tried to clean it, but could only break it down so far before I did something to make the situation worse.

I filled out the online request for repair and the next day I received an email and they told me to send it in for repair or replacement.  Four days later I received an email saying they're going to be sending me a new one.  Thank you Tactacam for being a stand up company!

Great to know Tactacam backs up their product....I got one last year and love it....Of course the one time I didn't have with me I harvested a bear

Stopped by the Taccam booth this week at the show and the employees were very friendly, cameras look very interesting. May add it to my christmas list next year
