You guys will love it.. Don't be afraid to add more seasoning to the sauce as it cooks. I do a lot of tasting as I go.. Oregano, dried basil, etc..

So I used only 1 cast iron skillet. I started with the backstrap salt and peppered, and seared it in the skillet with a little olive oil. I removed the backstrap, cooked the onions, garlic, etc... the sauce in that same skillet.... then added the backstrap back to the same pan. If you try it, let us know how it comes out!

Thanks for the recipe. Second time making back strap pizzaiola. First time I went a little heavy on the wine and hot peppers, second time was perfection. This time I remembered to take a pic. Will be using this recipe for a longgg time it’s good
