I'm still waiting for them to start charging a fee for this... it's coming. I just know it.

 

I mean, it is something NJ is giving away for free and something they could easily slap a fee on. How could such a thing escape the tax-happy politicians in this state? I suspect they just don't know about it yet. But when they realize there is another stream of money just out there waiting to be tapped....

As far as I know, it is a national registry run by the NJ state to Avoid a saltwater Licence our surrounding states have and Beyond 

unlike hunting Fishing won the support of Nj Senators at home and DC along with Party and Charter Business Lobbys
