suggestion for meat grinders

Not for nothing, I got a Ship to Shore from Harbor Freight.

I paid $53 for it eight years ago.

Since then I have put eight deer a year through it each year sometimes two or three at a time, so at points 50 or 60lbs in one shot. The thing has no joking done literally a ton of meat.

I also run my dog food through it which is some of the nastiest stuff you can pull from a deer, all connective tissues and fat.

Plus regrinding through out the year to make sausage and stuff.

I bought this to get me by with the intentions of it not lasting. At this point if it breaks it owes me nothing and I'm buying another one.

Do you have a kitchen aid mixer?  Before I bought my grinder (For Elk and Caribou sized game)  that one worked fine.  I did 5 deer in one day with it with no issues (group hunt in upstate NY).  I upgraded to a Lem (refurbished unit that has given me no trouble.

This is the unit I have.
