WMA pheasants - hold overs?

So I was just wondering; do you think any of the stocked pheasant have been able to survive the really low temps we experienced during last weeks extended cold snap? I was thinking of getting my 2018 license and hitting some hedgerows with my dog and figured it wouldn´t hurt to have the 12 gauge along.

maybe I will give it a shot as you suggest.  Worse outcome is me and my dog getting some exercise while spending a few hours afield!!
