why are people walking their unleashed dogs on stocked WMAs?

Most people don't even know they are on WMA or what it really is. Most have no clue their are farm raised birds running around for hunting and hunters chasing them. Unless you are a hunter how would you know?

 

Just a little common sense is needed. You would think the shooting might tip them off, then again this is NJ

Now I'm no detective, but I would think the gun toting sportsmen and women wearing orange and the sound of gunshots may be good clues for someone to realize it is hunting season.
