Here's a quick and easy recipe for a venison loin or any type of meat

Take 1 venison loin and stuff with garlic cloves. Place venison loin in large bowl and add soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and brown sugar. Add enough brown sugar to almost make a paste with the soy sauce. Marinate 24-48 hours. Grill to medium rare and boom, you got yourself a nice Venison dinner. I usually serve it with rice and a fresh steamed veggie.

Lou it really sounds good..however I see some discrempencies..it's clear your bot big into the whole rice and steamed vegetables..now if you said fried rice and fried vegetables I'd believe you..just saying..it does sound good tho

Id try it if I had some venison...passed up everything all season waiting for the one and havent been able to put anything down the last 3 weeks....fml LOL

that is almost the same way I marinade all my jerky, The brown sugar really adds alot of flavor
