Venison Burritos (pix)

Made venison burritos tonight, came out great. Browned the ground meat in a frying pan, added some beef stock, and my own taco seasoning (s&p, onion and garlic powder, cyanne pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, cumin, oregano, chili powder) and some diced up fresh jalapeños. Let that cook for a while on low heat. The wife cut up lettuce, olives, more jalapeños, cherry tomatoes. Slopped on some sour cream to top it off, and rolled it into a burrito. Very easy meal. Also did some tortilla chips with the ground venison as well.
