Agreed. I don’t see a full “semi auto” ban but I think AR’s are the first on the chopping block. I would speculate most nj liberals wouldn’t hesitate to ban a weapon referred to as an “assault rifle”. An easy sell in this state.

The mantra of law abiding gun owners in the state should be " I WILL NOT COMPLY! ", that might get the point across. But we'd have to be unified, and I don't see it happening.

The percentage of people actually complying with AR or similar bans are pathetic.  CT was about 15%, NY was below 10%, California was below 20%.

 

Australia's gun ban was also nearly as pathetic (and they admit to it).

 

So let them ban.  We will mock their efforts and not comply.
