If  I sit on my deck while the herd of up to 15 come strolling by, They will come up to the rail expecting me to feed them!  It is unfriggin real. So many people out here feed them by hand. They bed down right in my backyard. Barely get up when I let my Amer. Bulldog out!. They eyeball each other from about 10-15 feet. He turns around and they snort once or twice.

what more can you ask for that chair looks comfortable its elevated the rail is good for resting a crossbow or gun a little table to put your coffee , soda or beer what ever your preference  plenty of grass for bait looks like plenty of lights for night time tracking and an easy close drag...
