My Best Friend's 2016 Bear

He's picking it up tomorrow. He shot it on the 2nd day of the October 2016 hunt near Berkshire Valley area. Not a big bear, but he was/is very happy. My friend Frank did the taxidermist work

My friend and I picked it up this afternoon, he was very pleased and it looks even better in person. My other friend came to pick up his bear, 1/2 mount on a rock. with all the BSing I forgot to take pictures of his bear. My bear from 2016 will be ready for pick up maybe by the end of the year.

Yeah I couldn't be happier for my best friend, we are two weeks apart in age, we grew up together living next door to each other, we have been there for each other thru great and bad times. We speak everyday, but we don't see each other often, he lives in Orange County, NY, and I'm in Southern Warren County. This past summer he was diagnosed with cancer, he has two kids. I told my friend Frank, to put my bear last and to do both of these bears first. My other friend, is disabled, and this was also his first bear......Kudos to both of them. I have no issue waiting on my bear
