Need Help identifying this bird

Yeah so, i was at this TA truck stop a few days ago and came across this bird perched in another truckers grill... Never seen one quit lke it.. Obviously it wasnt afraid of humans because it didnt try to fly away when i approached.. As far as I know the only known birds that do not fear humans are Dodo birds.. Not sure what kinda bird it is but it looks sick, look how it's missing feathers maybe that's why it didn't fly away when you approached..lol

lol... Yeah, it does look a little malnurished.. but i wasnt sure if that was natural for that species..
