beaver season dont open till dec, 26th so no body should have any unless they saved them from last season or trap out of state somewhere it opens earily.

Beaver works great but only work one night cause they will ripe and take it that night. You may want to check with btbowhunter from the site cause he traps out of state before NJ starts. He may get some before bear season, not sure.

from what i have read they like the castor scent  gland  if i am not mistaken i believe you can buy the scent or even a drip bag....

you can go to dakota line snares and order beaver meat and castor then but it in onion bag and hang in tree

but buck is right if you do that there is a good chance you will get a pic of me standing on my toes to sniff it. i could ware that stuff as calogne. the best is when you get it on your cloths then leave them in your truck. its like heaven for a month or so if you are lucky and get the good stuff. been thinking of eating it on my toast so my gas smells like castor all day, it will make work bareable
