Any butchers around the area of Hudson County?

Does anyone know of any good butchers that vacuum seals in my area? I live in Hudson County. I would like to know if there is any in the Passaic, Bergen, Morris, Essex, Hudson or Union area. I use to go to George the butcher and Janek's before they closed down.
