Hot Sauce!

So everyone likes hot sauce.. what's your favorites? Any 1 brand you like? Make your own?

 

 

I like Jardines Sonata habanero hot sauce, but they recently changed the recipe, not for the better. For something more basic, I like Red Devil. What else is out there that you guys like?

Capt Thoms Thai Monkey...really unique, really good.  I love Cajohns Oaxacana line ....especially the ghost pepper one.  Daves Gourmet Hurtin Habanero is a tried and true also.  I done the hottest of them all but the flavor sucks, the ones mentioned are great flavor with different heat levels.  Off the shelf Im a big fan of Texas Petes Xtra hot.

i always liked Louisiana hot sauce great on raw clams and  potato chips Franks is good also....
