My son and I are up. Going out at 6:00am hunting until about 8:00am or so and then driving back to New Jersey. We'll be back down to VA on Thursday night for some striper fishing and bow hunting and maybe some duck hunting.

Our in 14 with pop. 5 doe 2 small bucks so far. Just got a text for my 77 year old pop saying he put a good shot on 1

We saw a big doe and a 4 point. We'll be heading home shortly. Archery season opens on the 7th and I'll be out with the crossbow looking for the 13 pointers.

Seen one this morning but couldn't shoot...don't think space farms would of like me walking in with my bow ????....went to the trapping convention and took my son over to hand feed the deer...never been there this time of the year to see their bucks hard horned.

I use to do the same with my kid . Back out in zone 6 . Checked the camera and had a good buck on camera so no sleep hope he comes in early like yesterday.

Just got in for my first sit in the catskills.nice and cool,maples starting to turn.it feels good to be in a tree.
