Hey jerky

It's that time of year again. Use up the odds and ends in the freezer before I start adding back into it. I realized that I have about 12lbs of ground venison left so I picked up some jerky seasoning at cabelas on the last trip there.

 

Fired up the smoker today and got my first batch going. Tastes really good. Won't last long though because my 3 girls are like piranhas when I make jerky.
