Peanut butter?  That will keep the pounds on you.! Did you run out of venison? You should be chewing on a lean venison steak or eating tuna out of the can at lunch along with your fruit.

 

Somebody ate all the venison.   :pout:

 

And we go through a lot of tuna.

I took my lunch out at work and one of the guys asked if I was having issues???   :confused:

the only problem with your approach to fiber intake is you consume tons of sugar with it as well.

You are looking at 72 grams of sugar in your pic, that's about 13 teaspoons

You should be eating Roast Beef & Cheddar on a hard roll with extra mayo, and a bag of kettle fried potato chips for lunch & a large pickle.. That stuff u are eating will kill ya.  Carbs, Protein, fat, saturated fat, and sodium... That way you cover all the main food groups.

I don't eat it for the fiber, the fiber just happens to be in there.  I need the sugar, I get very bad gas mileage.   :rofl: 

 

I refill the gas tank every 2 hours and in the summer it's still an effort to keep my weight over 180.
