Blinds on sedge islands

There are only certain WMAs that prohibit the building of permanent duck blinds. All the rest it is 100% legal to build a permanent blind on. That being said, if you find a spot that the birds work a permanent blind is the best way to attract other hunters to your spot. There are also some privately owned islands and sections of marsh throughout the bay and many of those areas have blinds on them. Go to the division website and cross reference with the tax maps and see where you can and can't be
