Dixon's gunmakers fair.

The last full weekend in July is always the Gunmakers fair at Dixon's muzzleloader shop in PA.

I they to go every year, but this year with my neck being what it is, I can't drive out that far, so, is anyone from the Flanders area going on the Saturday? If so, would you mind a tag along that would be more than happy to help with gas and tolls?

What is this fair all about is there a web page? I may point my bike this weekend west and take a ride

It's about hand made period flint locks, tomahawk, and knives, there's also judging of same as well as powder horns, it a fun day, I don't know the web site off hand, but if you google Dixons muzzleloader shop, you should find it.

I went a few years ago. It was a lot of fun. I will try and go again this year now that I have a muzzle loader.

It is a traditional muzzle loading fair, where craftsmen of real muzzleloader gather. Not something that the average NJ inline muzzle loading hunter likes. To each his own.

I'm live near 6 Flags and usually head out the PA Turnpike & then up the Extension and you are in Atlantic County which I don't think is on my way unless you can get up here.
