Although bluefin is preferred by many as the best sashimi....I would take yellowfin over all others. Bluefin has more oil and stronger flavored, longfin is bland and easily drys out, yellowfin is the best. I have two trips in Sept here in NJ AND hope to catch a few. I will definitely get bluefin im cape cod.
