BEAR dinner winner

Tracey used a simple marinade sold at Aldi.

Marinated a bear steak cut into strips.

Then cooked them till well done on the grill.

WAS awesome.

.

Best part was it was super  tender even after cooking it to the required temp to avoid trichinosis.
