Pequest open house June 3 and 4 not April 1 and 2

Just a reminder The Pequest Open house was postponed to June 3 and 4th  .     If you get the RECORD  the paper has it listed as April 1st and 2nd and that is wrong

Forget about it. Will be involved with Fishing Salt and Fresh to waste a day in June.

If you have young kids and have never been, this is a great way to spend a day with the family.  Everyone should check it out at least once.

Dam 32 years   I hunted the Dairy farm for years before they sold it to NJDFAG for a hatchery. Warren Haven was great Grouse hunting The deer were cookie cutter 4s & 6s Narrow racks. no stocking but for a Private club on Furnace Rd. I do remember some Raceways used for Trout relaying before the Hatchery. Time Flys.

I hope it goes back to pre-trout stocking next year.  It really is a tradition that kind of gets the juices flowing.
