Skull Identification Help

My buddy and I took our kids out for a hike to look for sheds. We didn't find any sheds, but we found this skull. I couldn't find anything matching it in google search. Any ideas?

From the front it looks like a snapping turtle but from the side it don't

The 2nd picture does not look like a skull. Looks like the ball joints on the left side. It is some kind of Pelvic bone

Long neck stone pheasant. Rock port raises them they cost y nothing to feed and for an extra 28 bucks you can buy yet another permit to hunt them
