Planning for a buck tree :)

Making a tree of bucks for a customer. I'll post some pics along the way.
First step, planning the layout.
Next step, have the client come take a look and approve it.

Dang...that's cool!  I'd probably get a tree, but it would take me quite a few years to fill it up like that!

 

Just curious, how do you preserve the tree for the mount so it doesn't rot and the bark come off?

The customer cut the tree and gave it to me. If the bark falls off he will need to glue it back on. I'm not sure the bark will fall off if left undisturbed indoors out of the weather... I cut trees for a treestand display many years ago (10+) and the bark is still on them..
