That's a Striper not a Hybrid. Nice job. I fished NJ BASS for over 20 years. I have fished from Lake Champlain to Lake Seminole. The biggest Bass I ever caught was the first week of March. And was caught in Manasquan Res.  Largemouth weighed in at 8.89lbs.  Caught it on a Slider Rig with a Purple Slider Lizard dragging it out of the trees.

 

We just can't help it. Temps hit 70 and the fishing rods come out.
