Jack, with all that fun going on, I hope you kept an eye on the dogs. Lol

 

I can't find the two little dogs anywhere, and Mako has a real fat belly.... Hmmmm

Looks like fun guys I'm off next weekend

 

Can I sign you up for log splitting duty- payment is venison/cheese on a stick? (beer, cigars, etc)  These guys got off easy today...

It had some type of seasoning, what he needs to do is post up the recipe!!! Lol so how about it?

 

 2lbs ground venison, 2 eggs, 2 cups breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons oil, and Tony Chachere's  Creole seasoning to taste... Mix it all up by hand in a big bowl, skewer the cheese sticks (we used mozzarella this time, last time I used cheddar, and would like to try with pepper jack as well - it's all good).  The mozzarella does seem to retain better than the cheddar, less leakage.    If you ever played with play-dough as a kid, you should have no issue forming the meat around the cheese :)
