Finally saw some snow geese in New Jersey I think

OK this is for all you Southerners AKA (609ers)I was driving to Cherry Hill this morning to see my brother . Southbound on the turnpike at mile marker 47.8 approximately I saw what I believed to be a large flock of Snowgeese in a field next to the turnpike. I was pretty excited and thought it was cool. Well this afternoon on the way home I saw them again in the same area, now I think they were probably decoys has anyone else seen these Snow geese

Just south of Cherry Hill is a couple fields I have permission to hunt on - it is outside the Canada Goose special winter zone, so season has been over for me there for a couple weeks now, but the owner was talking to me this week and said, "Guess what was on the fields a few days ago. Snow geese!! Rarely ever seen snow geese on our fields, but there they were!"

 

Unbelievable!  Camden county believe it or not.

 

So, yeah, weird, snows have been making an appearance around here - and not just flying at cruising altitude which is where we usually see them.

Lot of times when they hit a field they will go there a few days in a row. Thousands of them do a LOT OF DAMAGE IN A SHORT TIME. If the come to a field be there the next day and will have a good chance at them.

Been seeing THOUSANDS flying over sussex warren and morris counties over the last few weeks!

I went over to tractor supply in allentown other day and they were in the field right next to it.
