I recently sent my new Tenpoint Turbo GT Back for Repair. I assumed it was more of a operator error than a warranty issue, I original contacted them back in November when I noticed the issue.  Aaron and Vince from Tenpoint said to finish out the season than send it back. I sent it back the week before and waited for a email on how much the cost to fix it would be. Wednesday the ups man delivered a box from Ohio. Tenpoint sent me a NIB Turbo GT no questions asked no shipping fees. This was my second Tenponint I owned now That's quality customer care.
