Grilled Snow Goose

Never had snow goose before. Heard it taste better that Canadian geese. Decided to season the goose breast like a steak. Cooked it till it was the recommended 165 degrees internal temp. Its taste very similar a steak. Not bad just a little tougher.

I put Montreal Steak Seasoning, onion powderand garlic salt for a day in the frigerator marinating

Try making sauerbraten out of them it's delicious.

A friend of mine put a Canada in the Peanut Oil Deep Fryer they use for turkey. It came out just like that. Looked just like steak and he said it was delicious. Who would have guessed.
