Cool sit/pic tonight

Took my son out with the 220 tonight hoping to see the 8 pointer we know is around on his feet. The rain stopped as soon as we settled in the stand and the 5 pointer that he has passed up numerous times in the past few weeks again made his appearance at 40 yards....As soon as he left, no less than 6 does came down the hill. We kept looking behind them for the 8 which never showed. My son was able to get a cool pic (although angled) of the does in the BDC scope without spooking any deer which is attached below.

 

All the deer got a pass and it was lots of action before dark....Maybe one of these sits he will show before he drops, you never know...It's good that shooting light increases a minute longer each night from now on......
