Tom the Butcher kielbasa >>>>=========>>

Shot a doe last weekend to split with the land owner of one of the farms I hunt.

I do most of my own butchering but every season I take one to Tom's to get kielbasa made.

Picked up the deer last night and had some of the kielbasa for dinner last night .

His recipe is the best I have ever had.

 

If you like stuff like that it's def worth the ride to his shop.

 

Shot the doe with the new Reaper Carni Four.

Deer acted like it wasn't even hit , ran to the field edge and flipped over as it was looking back to see what had startled her.

Head stayed 100% intact ready to shoot again.

And made a good square cut entrance and exit hole as they advertise . .

I've never had kielbasa from Tom's before. I'll have to get some made. Have you ever had his pork roll?

 

Glad to hear it about those new reapers. I'm interested in grabbing a pack of thoose and a pack of the hybrids

Tom's kielbasa is awesome......I rotate through his specialty cuts but always get the keilbasa with my orders.

 

Pork roll is good....if you're expecting it to taste like the crap we get at the store or deli....don't.

 

Getting a pot of sauce ready as we speak with venison meatballs and hot sausage from Tom's. Mouth is watering.

Hmmm never knew they made Kielbasi. Gonna have to try some. I usually get lots of sweet sausage and a roll of Bologna made. Gonna try it next time. I have had the pork roll and didn't like it. Too dry for me. This was not from Tom though just to be clear.   Might have to try him out. What town is he in?

Tom does a great job. Is he making his own specialty items now? I thought he brought everything to Nellos in Nazareth? His jerky is awesome and hot dogs are top notch!

Second that; Tom does good work. Love the jerky but never had the Kielbasi.... next time god willing..
