New Years 8pt!

After going to check my cam earlier this week and finding my ladder stand stolen, I decided to switch it up and go to a spot where I knew deer were traveling. Went in with the climber around 1pm today. Had a wide 6pt come in with this guy following behind him. He knew something was up though and wouldn't come any closer than 30yds while the 6 was about 15yds out. He gave me a broadside shot and I took it. Happy New Year!!!!

Yea I was pretty mad about that since that spot has always produced. But the spot today was found by being in my ladder stand. Seems that the deer either pass by one or the other depending on what they feel like on that day. I was only about ~75yds from where my ladder was.
