Truck repair...heat and ac

Does anyone fix or know someone reasonable to see why my heat went?..nothing blows out of the vents until I reach like 30 mph..then stops if I'm at a light or stop signs. I put it to 5 and it blows around 1 once I get going..any help is appreciated. Burlington county

You either have a stuck diverter door or a bad electric blend door actuator in the duct work preventing the air from going to the proper vents, or your blower motor is shot.  When you reach speed you are essentially getting airflow through the vent.  Do you hear the fan running?  Is the air that does come out warm?  If you are getting air but no heat then your heater core may be plugged up.

I do hear fan running and yes warm air comes out

chris's auto repair on rt 12, he fixed mine, i had a broken blend door and bad heater coil

Did you check coolant? Heat once moving then stopping almost sounds like low coolant or a water pump goin bad. If its a Chevy hd with a vacuum pum id check that also

2006 chevy silverado..coolant is fine.

Is it a Duramax? Also I know its cold but if u put it on ac do you hear the blend door move? And does all the positions work like def,head feet etc? And is the line to the heater core hot? I think chevy had a valve on the line before it goes into firewall.
