Trail Bologna

Tracey just got done making a 10 #  batch of deer trail bologna yesterday.

Has to be my favorite thing to be made with the ground meat.

 

Already polished off a pound of it .

 

between that and her making about 5 pounds of Jerky, was a busy few days

Tracey made a ton of jerky too .

BUT I like the trail Bologna way more than jerky.

The mix she is using is the Backwoods trail bologna by LEM .

The seasonings mixture is spot on .

By far my favorite out of all the other stuff we have made as well as what I have had done by butchers in the past
