Are the mayors of Santuary Cities priming the pump for a Civil War? Phila gets 28 million in federal aid and over 200 million in state aid that are related to federal grant programs. Will the Feds have to arrest defiant mayors and their staff?

Talk of civil war is silly.  Yes, there is frustration in the country, but not enough for armed revolution.  It's posturing.  Posturing of immature politicians who are realizing that the chapter of history where they government ruled the people is coming to a close.  They've been bitten by the democratic process and are whining about it.  It's the realization that they truly are...powerless.
