    When I hunted bear in Maine in the spring with an outfitter they used the carcasses of the animals they trapped in the winter. They stored them in 55 gallon drums that stuff slid out and the smell was unbelievable. But the bears loved it.

    Make sure it has good internet if you plan on working from home. My buddies homes in the Adirondacks have no cell service and crappy land line and internet. Things I like, but might suck for working from home lol.

    Terrific! I went Sail fishing in Ixtapa, Mexico. Big Pacific Sails. My kids caught and landed two. They did not jump at all, and I was filming it. The captain must have thought I was a real idiot because I asked him what we could do to make them jump.
