Another menu item coming to Jack's...Wild Turkey cutlets

Oh man, I thought pheasant cutlets were good, but these are even better...Breasted out my turkey from yesterday and got two HUGE cutlets along with other breast meat. Made some breaded cutlets for the kids and some to bring fishing tonight....They came out awesome.

 

Placed the 2 big breasts in the freezer to bring some breaded cutlets to Jack's this summer along with the smoked trout....

DD, All I know is it is copper colored, not sure if it is any one specific, lol. Easy to clean and is non stick........
